I have thoroughly enjoyed being seen by Meredith over the last year. She provides sure and steady guidance and never fails to make me feel heard. She truly listens as I have heard her repeat my own words back to me months later during our visits. I am in excellent hands and would recommend this medical office to anyone. I have never had anything less than a pleasant experience and it actually makes going to the doctor's office an enjoyable experience. From the receptionist to the young lady at the checkout, the entire staff is wonderful and friendly. Meredith is simply the best medical professional that I have been treated by in many years. Thank you, Dr Van Tran for having such an exemplary provider on your staff.

I can’t say enough good things about Olivia Russell. She really understands women’s health that is superior to other doctors, and she is open to current and new research for treatments. With me personally, it’s as if she has an intuitive sense for treating symptoms and ailments. She is an absolute irreplaceable asset to this medical office.

Dr Russell is great but my only issue is that it's so hard to talk to some one over the phone!! Your sitting on hold listening to music for a long time, if you choose to wait , and then you give up and hang up . Prescription line the same thing. Appointment line same thing but they answer after a while. So annoying!!!

If I could give her 200 stars I would. She listened to ALLLLL my issues and concerns, and she addressed each and every last one. The best doctors are here at this office.

The billing receptionist girl with every thing fake in her is rude AF...and needs to be fired. This was not my first experience with her.
Plus i had to pay way more for my shots from where i pay every month . garbage experience!!!

Call Dr. Tran‘s office to investigate whether he would accept my new Humana insurance. Staff was exceptionally cordial and helpful. As usual. It was accomplished within 10 minutes.

My family and I are so thankful for our PA, she’s truly one of a kind. My mom, my sister and I all see her, and she’s taken the time to understand each of our different needs and find solutions that actually make a difference. She listens with care, pays attention to every detail, and treats each visit with professionalism and compassion. I used to joke that I didn’t want to share her because she’s just that good but the truth is more people deserve to experience the level of care she provides but also she deserves that same level of recognition because its rare to find someone who blends expertise, empathy, and genuine kindness so effortlessly. If you’re looking for a provider who will make you feel heard, supported, and cared for like family, she’s the one. My only regret is not finding her sooner!

I highly recommend Olivia Russell PA! My experience over the last several months with Olivia as my guide in improving my overall health has been physically, emotionally, and even spiritually rewarding. She is a truly gifted professional with that rare combination of knowledge coupled with the willingness to momentarily connect to patients in a meaningful way. You can get a shot or a prescription anywhere but she gave me hope and encouragement when I needed it most. Thank you Olivia!

If I could give 20 stars I would. Where has Dr. Tran been all my life? Especially, since I have hit my early 50's dealing with this menopause life is the devil. My first visit was yesterday, let me begin with the receptionist (earing in her nose and beautiful nails) she was excellent. Back to Dr. Tran, he was amazing he took time to explain these changes. He has saved my marriage and my career.

Dr. Tran has been my GP for years. He is not even on my insurance plan but I choose to go to him anyway. He is patient and kind and doesn’t force anything on me and he really listens to my concerns. I have sent all my friends and family to him.

I do not recommend this doctor!!
I had an incredibly disheartening experience with Dr. Van Tran at Dr. Van Tran Family Practice. As a new patient seeking help for mental health issues and depression following the tragic loss of my son in March, I was desperately seeking professional support and guidance. However, my encounter with Dr. Van Tran left me feeling unappreciated, dismissed, and utterly hopeless.
Despite his reputation and recommendations for expertise in mental health issues, Dr. Van Tran showed zero compassion towards my situation. Instead of addressing my emotional needs with empathy and understanding, he appeared solely concerned with administrative tasks, particularly regarding new patients requiring paperwork every 30 days.
Dr. Van Tran’s demeanor and lack of compassion were incredibly disheartening. His apparent disregard for my emotional well-being left me feeling more hopeless and isolated than ever. I left the appointment feeling unappreciated and discouraged, with no intention of returning to Dr. Van Tran Family Practice. It’s deeply disappointing when a healthcare provider fails to recognize and address the genuine needs of their patients. I won’t be returning to his practice, and I hope others seeking genuine care find it elsewhere.
